The whole process runs under numerically controlled constant temperature, pressure and speed, with stringent control over wall thickness, cavity structure, curve profile and overall dimensions — a clear contrast against low-grade profiles with uneven wall thickness and cut-corner cavity designs.
Freshly extruded profiles go through multi-stage water cooling shaping and constant-speed traction systems for gradual cooling, effectively avoiding bending, warping, air bubbles and excessive internal stress triggered by rapid cooling. Every profile comes out straight, dimensionally accurate and batch-consistent.
Fully automatic CNC cutting machines cut profiles to specified dimensions with a machining error kept within the millimeter range in accordance with vent-window production standards.
To accommodate outdoor temperature swings, scientifically calculated expansion-and-contraction allowances are reserved during cutting, preventing profile extrusion deformation and widened gaps caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage across seasons. After cutting, operators manually inspect every piece, deburr and trim edges to deliver smooth, neat cuts that enable precise subsequent fabrication and seamless joints.
Besides outstanding mechanical performance, premium profiles require good appearance and anti-fouling capacity. Our profiles go through dedicated fine surface finishing to remove micro-scratches and matte blemishes, delivering even, smooth and translucent surfaces.
The optimized surface features inherent anti-fouling and self-cleaning properties: common dust and stains can be washed away by rainwater, greatly lowering routine maintenance requirements.
We implement end-to-end quality management covering every stage from raw-material input to finished profiles, with triple quality assurance: self-inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection for each working procedure. Technicians rigorously test key indicators including wall-thickness dimension, flatness, hardness, toughness, surface finish, bubble-free and crack-free status.
Periodic sampling tests for weather resistance, impact resistance and anti-aging performance verify real-world outdoor durability. Defective or substandard profiles are barred from downstream processing. Only profiles meeting all specifications are sorted, packed, warehoused and released for vent-window assembly.
